After the success of Cortinametraggio Short Film Festival 2012, which took place between the Dolomites of Cortina, Maddalena Mayneri launches a new project dedicated to young filmmakers. It will be the setting of the Castle of Brazzà, dating back to the distant 983, to accommodate the new initiative of the Association “CulturaAlcastello”, under the patronage of the Province of Udine, which will enable the winners and best short films participating in the festival just concluded to be seen one more time and receive the deserved ovation for their small great works. The program provides the presence of the winners of the Cortinametraggio Short Film Festival 2012: Alexis Lauria, who won the award for best short absolute “Sotto casa” and Valerio Croppa who won the award for best screenplay for “In fondo a destra.” Their shortfilms will be shown on the screen with other shortmovies from the section Corti Comedy like “Lei e l’altra” by Max Nardari, “Il Troncomuto” by Matteo Parenti, “Hold me clothes” by Eugenia Golubeva and Marco Castellani, “Hot Chocolate” by Fabio Garofalo and the short film “The chocolate pudding”directed by the emerging Venetian Carlo Fracanzani. The cineforum was founded with the idea of ​​bringing the young Italian cinema through some soirée open to the public audience and be able to engage them in debates with the directors. The interest of the Association CulturaAlcastello is to make these meetings the foundamentals of cinema in Friuli Region, as Maddalena Mayneri uses to do with her manifestations.
